Well Done
All I have heard are horror stories about remodels. I was afraid of having the tub turned into a walk in shower and having parts on back order. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! It was completed by Christopher in two days, just as they promised. Chris did a great job on the installation and explaining how things work. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Walk in shower remodel
We had our old tub shower replaced by a walk-in-shower. We also had the old toilet replaced. Sean and Beth Murphy did the work. They did an excellent job. They were courteous, meticulous, and very expert at their work. They cleaned up every day. We would highly recommend Home Concepts/Luxury Bath and the team of Sean and Beth Murphy.

Ooooooh!! Not good!
These people come into your home and they sell their product well!!! Once they get your money, they do not care any longer!! They arrived late to install our shower. The shower looked amazing!!! Within a couple of days we noticed a stain on the shower floor that we could not clean off. A technician was scheduled to come and repair it, he did not show up. We rescheduled for another day and he arrived late. He removed the stain but also removed the texture of the shower floor as well by sanding it. They ordered us a new floor which took 8 weeks to arrive. When it was scheduled to be installed, the tech arrived late and was going to install the new floor over the old floor, but we noticed that by doing this we would lose 4 inches on all 4 sides equally 30% loss of space. We were told it would look exactly the same as the original floor and we would not notice any difference. These people do not back up their product and do not care about your time.
