What a great experience with Home Concepts!!! From start to ongoing world class customer support, the “total package” concept cannot be overstated. Particularly noteworthy was the installation in one day, white glove cleaning and post installation support from the entire team. I had the great opportunity to interact with Sales Manager Chris Carter who champions the type of quality customer service that makes the entire operation smooth and seamless. I highly recommend and will be going back to them when I do my other bathroom.
Beyond my expectations
From the time I spoke to Lisa, I knew I was going to hire this company. She was straight forward in explaining what I could expect. Robert was my installer. He ran into just about everything that could go wrong with an install. He was still able to make it work. He was professional and communicated every step of the way. It took 2 days to complete my shower because my floor was not level. He had to pour an entire floor and let it cure. He came back on day 2 and finished the shower. Not only had this increased the value of my home, the work was beautifully done. These aren't contractors, they are artists! I'm so happy with the work they did, they will be working on my rental homes here in the valley next! Thank you for a great team!
Beautiful Bathroom Remodel
My wife and I are extremely happy with our Bathroom Remodel. We had the tub / shower replaced with a walk-in shower with glass barn doors, new flooring and new toilet. We were not familiar with any company in the area, and were recommended by a friend about Home Concepts. We went out and rec'd a couple different quotes, and we really liked Candice and her Sales pitch so we chose Home Concepts. Install took 3 days as planned, and the installers (Jason & Uriel) were awesome. Both were very respectful, polite, very skilled, and left the house clean at the end of each day. If I ever decide to do the other Bathroom, I'll be calling them again. Thanks for the good experience!!

Impressive tub shower conversion to walk-in shower
An excellent experience from the first prompt and courteous phone call to an immediate in-home estimate by a very delightful, professional, accommodating sales consultant Candice Hapitana, to the staff at the showroom, Amber and Tanya, to the incredibly efficient, hardworking installer, Jose. And hats off to Sam, as well. Beautiful work by all!
Excellent work
Jeremy was our installer. He was a hard worker, finished the job quickly and did a excellent job. We have no complaints at all. We are very happy with the shower install.
Perfection!
A pleasant, easy experience! After years of avoiding replacing my old tub and shower head, I finally bit the bullet and went for a walk-in shower. Lisa took the time to go over every detail of the job with me, helping me to choose what would work best in my bathroom, and the installers were meticulous and fast. It took about a day and a half and they cleaned up when they were done each day. They vacuumed and even cleaned my oversize mirror. I really like these people and I'd use them again!

WOW! JUST Wow!
My new walk in shower only has about a 1" lip on the pan, in case we end up needing a wheelchair. It's so clean and beautiful now. Our remodeler's name is Keith. He is awesome! Our salesman was new and was somewhat uninformed as to certain aspects of the job. A lead person came out and they made everything to my specifications. I consider them even better because there was a mixup and they made it right asap. The sweet gal in the office is a gem, they need to keep her forever. We have shown our new shower to all of our neighbors and now they are considering re doing their shower/bath. I love the microban in the material. The window kit is beautiful. All the handicap
