Ooooooh!! Not good!
These people come into your home and they sell their product well!!! Once they get your money, they do not care any longer!! They arrived late to install our shower. The shower looked amazing!!! Within a couple of days we noticed a stain on the shower floor that we could not clean off. A technician was scheduled to come and repair it, he did not show up. We rescheduled for another day and he arrived late. He removed the stain but also removed the texture of the shower floor as well by sanding it. They ordered us a new floor which took 8 weeks to arrive. When it was scheduled to be installed, the tech arrived late and was going to install the new floor over the old floor, but we noticed that by doing this we would lose 4 inches on all 4 sides equally 30% loss of space. We were told it would look exactly the same as the original floor and we would not notice any difference. These people do not back up their product and do not care about your time.
Fantastic Job
Miguel came to our house and did an excellent job selling us on the bathroom shower remodeling. I thought it would take several months to get the project started. I was pleasantly surprised when Aaron called to say my materials were already in (everything was standard size) within a month. Kevin and LD were the workers that remodeled two bathrooms in my home and they did an excellent job. They always showed up when they said they would and worked throughout the day. Within 3 days I had two new and beautiful showers (and one tub removed). There was only one problem in one bathroom where the hot and cold water was reversed. They immediately took care of the problem. It was so nice to have a great contractor because I have heard horror stories about other companies. Thank you to everyone I talked to at Home Concepts. Great job!!

Final review after test drive :)
Our shower has been completed and we are so please with the install. Beyond blown away by the work William has done. We had to wait for the glass install by no fault of the company. When the glass installers came they noticed an issue and were unable to complete the door install. They stated to us they would contact your company with the issue. We don't think an hour went by when our doorbell rang and it was William. We were floored that he was there, owned up to his minor oversite and promptly rectified the situation. William needs 10+ stars for his dedication to getting the job done correctly. Yes we are bragging about William...he deserves the recognition. Thank you Home Concepts from getting us out of our tiny capsule shower and in to our GLORIOUS HUGE new shower. Don't go anywhere as we/you/William have 3 more bathrooms to tackle. :) Bravo on a job well done!
Install still in progress, but...
I am so impressed with the work Will Z. has done. He is prompt, polite and he knows his stuff! He has a phenomenal work ethic! I can honestly say I am, so far, beyond 5 star happy with the work that has been done. Finally a shower my husband can fit in! You all have been so wonderful since the beginning. Thank you. Will be posting a final review once the job is completed and tested :)
Shower installation/spa removal
Very good service. Met their dates and went about the job very professionally. Kevin and Justin were helpful and polite and did a excellent installation job.
Shower remodel
In remodeling our shower, John the sales person, was very easy and pleasant to work with. Don the installer was absolutely terrific and very efficient. We remodeled our shower to accommodate a teak bench with safety handrails and it turned out beautiful. Krzysztof, the service tech, was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Kasey for your assistance and thank you Heidi for providing excellent customer service!
