KALVIN AND MATTHEW were very professional and took pride in the work they did. Very friendly and took care in making sure everything was correctly done and work was done and completed sooner than expected. They cleaned and vacuumed so everything was neat. I would highly recommend using Home Concepts to redo your bathrooms. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Home Concepts from when I first called them, Jim Andrew who was the salesman who helped me pick out what I wanted and Heidi Wilkens who did the scheduling. From start to finish, the people at this company have been fantastic to work with. The project involved major work in my ugly master and guest bathrooms where tiles were falling off the walls. In the master bathroom, they converted a garden tub into a gorgeous walk-in shower and removed a shower and built a custom closet. In the guest bathroom, they replaced a small tub with a beautiful large tub with tall walls. They did an amazing job professionally transforming these spaces into stunning spaces in less than five days! My friends and family are so impressed. They know quality products and workmanship when they see it. I highly recommend this company, their people and their products!
Bathroom tub removal
This experience was wonderful from start to finish. Larry came to the house with samples and a thorough explanation of the various options. Once we made our choices the order was placed. Materials arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. Delivery was scheduled two days later. Kevin was the installer and did a wonderful job. He arrived on time He has a great personality and listened to our requests to make sure were on the same page throughout the entire installation. He is highly skilled and we recommend him highly. The entire project was completed in 2 days. He was meticulous about his work cleaned the area both days. We are very satisfied with Home Concepts and all their staff.
