Gary showed up on schedule, asked us what we were looking to accomplish, asked to see the bathroom, then asked if we were familiar with Home Concepts or Luxury Bath Technologies and took the time to introduce us to both. He went over the benefits of these products compared to tile and grout, showed samples and photos and walked us through a rough design for our space. Unfortunately we ran out of time due to a doctor appointment so he needs to come back for some final discussions - we’re looking forward to that.
