Events Staff

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Events Specialists. In this role, you will represent our company at local events, festivals, trade shows, and expos, engaging with potential customers and generating leads for bathroom remodeling services. This is an independent, customer-facing position ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position earns competitive hourly base pay plus commission (weekly and monthly)! Earn a percentage of each job you bring in!

Responsibilities

• Lead generation at various locations, festivals, expos, trade shows, sporting events, etc.
• Engage with attendees at events to generate interest in our services
• Initiate conversations and build rapport with potential customers
• Schedule free in-home consultations for bathroom remodeling projects
• Set up and break down event booths as needed
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at all times

Experience Requirements

• No prior experience required but experience in customer service, appointment setting, or events preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Reliable transportation (standard 4-door vehicle or larger)
• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Schedule is published one month out! Flexible scheduling, does require regular Fri, Sat, and Sun availability.
